Service Description

When you need an expert opinion on your skin problem, you can access the online consultation facility through our clinic. We aim to report back to you within 48 hours, providing you with a digital medical prescription. Your initial consultation will be carried over at the clinic with a practitioner. Should you be a suitable candidate for a medical treatment, videos and photos will be taken for doctor Ashworth's Consideration.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointments 48 hours before the dedicated timeslot. Appointments cancelled less that 48 hrs before the treatment will only be partially refunded. Missed appointments will not be refunded; Lateness of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation with no further reimbursement. Please let us know about your situation as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
