Service Description

* Redeemable against a package of 6 or 10 sessions. Consultation & Patch test are mandatory requirement to be booked at least48hrs before your treatment. All potential clients will undergo a full consultation prior to any laser hair removal treatment. This allows the practitioner to determine the following important factors: 1. Contraindications (to ascertain if the procedure may be helpful or harmful to you) 2. Skin type 3. Hair type During the consultation process, the therapist will discuss the following with you: Treatment goals and expectations Current method of hair removal The hair cycle and skin How laser hair removal treatment works Different types of laser technology The treatment process and factors that will determine your results Details about your medical history (including any current medications) Pre-treatment requirements Aftercare requirements Cost and frequency of treatments Predicated results of the treatment Once this is completed and you are happy to proceed the therapist will seek your informed consent to undertake a patch test.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointments 48 hours before the dedicated timeslot. Appointments cancelled less that 48 hrs before the treatment will only be partially refunded. Missed appointments will not be refunded; Lateness of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation with no further reimbursement. Please let us know about your situation as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
