1* Appointment after Offer Purchase

Service Description

Once you have selected the offer of interest and completed the purchase, you are welcome to book your first appointment under the package plan. Subsequent appointments will be booked through clinic with your aesthetician. In clinic, we will carry over a brief consultation and answer all your questions before we begin the treatment. On the booking page, please tell us what OFFER you have purchased in the 'ADD YOUR MESSAGE'. Should you choose a medical treatment, this appointment will be dedicated to a thorough consultation and a skincare kit provision to help you prepare for your treatment day. Skincare kits are not included in the offer and to be purchased separately.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointments 48 hours before the dedicated timeslot. Appointments cancelled less that 48 hrs before the treatment will only be partially refunded. Missed appointments will not be refunded; Lateness of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation with no further reimbursement. Please let us know about your situation as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
